By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
We provide professional mobile vehicle valeting services, including but not limited to exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, valeting, polishing and vehicle-protection treatments.
All services are carried out using professional-grade products and techniques. Results may vary depending on the condition, age, and materials of the vehicle.
A full list of services is available at: hardingvaleting.com/services
3. Pricing
Published prices are based on the selected vehicle category and assume a reasonable level of soiling. Additional charges may apply where the vehicle's condition, access requirements or requested work falls outside the standard service scope. Any change will be discussed before work begins.
4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Booking: Enquiries may be submitted through the website, WhatsApp, telephone or email. An appointment is only confirmed once the service, price, date and time have been agreed by Harding Valeting. Customers must provide accurate vehicle and service details.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in advance. We accept cash or bank transfer.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the booking value
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the booking value
- No-show: 100% of the booking value
Rescheduling requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. If a rescheduled appointment is later cancelled, the full service fee will be charged and future bookings may require a deposit.
Refunds:Any refund or remedial action will be considered in line with the circumstances, the service agreed and the customer's applicable statutory rights.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Vehicle Condition: Customers must ensure the vehicle is in a suitable condition for cleaning. Any hazards, issues, or areas of concern must be disclosed before the service.
Access: Safe and adequate access must be provided. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services if access is unsafe or unsuitable.
Valuables: All valuables must be removed prior to the service. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
6. Vehicle Condition & Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, worn materials, or faulty components.
Cleaning may reveal or highlight existing damage that was not previously visible.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Service Limitations
Weather: As a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.
Results:While we aim for high professional standards, some stains, odours, or damage may be permanent and outside the scope of our services. Results depend on the vehicle's condition.
Customer concerns: Customers should inspect the vehicle on completion where possible and raise any immediate concerns before we leave. Any issue discovered afterwards should be reported promptly, with supporting photographs where appropriate.
8. Time & Duration
Service times are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition.
Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time or incur additional charges, which will be discussed before continuing.
