Terms & Conditions

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Harding Valeting (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to its customers (“the Customer”, “you”, “your”).

    By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

  • We provide professional mobile vehicle valeting services, including but not limited to exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, polishing, and detailing.

    All services are carried out using professional-grade products and techniques. Results may vary depending on the condition, age, and materials of the vehicle.

  • All prices are starting from and are subject to vehicle size, condition, and level of soiling.

    Final pricing may be adjusted upon inspection of the vehicle. Any changes will be discussed and agreed before work begins.

  • Booking:
    Appointments can be made via website, phone, or email. Customers must provide accurate vehicle and service details.

    Payment:
    Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in advance.
    We accept cash or bank transfer.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling:

    • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge

    • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% fee applies

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% fee applies

    • No-shows: 100% fee applies

    Rescheduling requires a 50% non-refundable deposit.
    If a rescheduled appointment is later cancelled, the full service fee will be charged and future bookings may require a deposit.

    Refunds:
    Refunds are issued at our discretion and only where the service was not delivered as agreed.

  • Vehicle Condition:
    Customers must ensure the vehicle is in a suitable condition for cleaning. Any hazards, issues, or areas of concern must be disclosed before the service.

    Access:
    Safe and adequate access must be provided. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services if access is unsafe or unsuitable.

    Valuables:
    All valuables must be removed prior to the service. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, worn materials, or faulty components.

    Cleaning may reveal or highlight existing damage that was not previously visible.

    Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Weather:
    As a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.

    Results:
    While we aim for the highest standards, some stains, odours, or damage may be permanent and outside the scope of our services.

    Satisfaction:
    Any concerns must be raised before we leave the premises. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues in line with the service booked.

  • Service times are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition.

    Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time or incur additional charges, which will be discussed before continuing.

  • We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    Customer information is used solely for service delivery and communication.

    Customers may be added to a business updates communication group for:

    • Service updates

    • Offers

    • Availability

    This group will not be used for spam.
    Customers may opt out at any time.

    Please note: participation may make your contact number visible to other members.

  • All work is carried out in line with health and safety practices.

    Vehicles must be located in a safe working environment. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

  • All branding, content, and materials remain the property of Harding Valeting and may not be used without permission.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
    The latest version will always be available on our website.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
